When Can I Register?

Our Children's program (5, 6 & 7 year olds) runs from September to June.
Our Family program (Adults, Families, Teens & Youth) runs all year long.


We hold three registrations per year:
* September - for the fall session
* January - for the winter session
* May - for the spring / summer session


You can contact Ron Sheyan at any time to be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified via e-mail prior to any registrations and will be given priority. Please contact him at 905-579-0492 or e-mail Brooklin-Whitby Karate.


How Do I Register?

Registration is done in person. Classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays. Simply come in about 20 minutes before class begins and ask for Ron Sheyan.


Where Do I Register?

Our classes are held at Brooklin United Church in the main hall. The Church is located at the corner of Cassels Road East and Princess Street. Please enter using the door located on Princess Street.


How Often Are Classes Held?

Classes are held twice per week. They are held on Mondays and Thursdays. Students are expected to attend both classes and to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance for ranking / grading purposes.


During the months of July and August, classes are held on Thursdays only in order to accommodate long weekends and summer vacations. Fees are adjusted accordingly.


How Old Do I Have To Be?

At a minimum, you need to be 5 years old. There is no maximum. We have students who are well into their 50's.

Can I Try A Class Before I Make A Commitment?

Absolutely! Try a class for free! There is no commitment to carry on if you don't enjoy the class.
